About Us Ian is an Industrial Engineer and as a production and warehousing consultant, has designed, relocated and set-up many production and distribution facilities. He has gained much project planning experience in his work, and continues to apply this in our website design business, with his other consulting projects. She has been a sales Representative for Xerox Corporation where she sold the first IBM compatibles computers, along with the new line of copiers, printers and fax machines as they were introduced. She has sold Panasonic, Sony, Sharp, Infocus and Proxima and many other types of electronic equipment. She has set up conference room projectors and sound system installations. These were set up using computers to control and to demonstrate these systems. Selling personal and business projectors gave her a great deal of knowledge on how to train customers to connect desktop and laptop computers to these projectors to show Power Point presentations. She followed through with the set-up and training of other employees, while solving problems and making sure they were comfortable with these products. Her knowledge of teaching and training has given her the background and understanding of putting things simply, understandably and without too much computereez to help people along with the Step by Step guide to creating your own websites.
